Re the above photos, the photo number 12 is taken from the same vantage as photo number 31. The scenery is of Dar es Salaam harbour featuring 7 sailing yachts and not of Zanzibar. The structures going from the shore/beach into the sea are drains from Dar es Salaam town. You can just about see the roof of the German Boma towards the left hand side and in between the palm trees in the photo.
As I can remember and recognise the buildings and streets from the Dar in the air view photos. I would like to have copies of the same to add commentary to these to share with my friends from Dar.
