  1. My very personal condolences to Azhar’s families on his demise. May his Soul rest in eternal peace. Ameen. Azhar was a wonderful person and so passionate with his career as a photographer as well as a man who enjoyed cordial friendships with all those who got to know him. He loved good food and definitely knew how to entertain well. I was fortunate to meet him during one of our Fund Raising Events for The Rotaract Club, of whom I was Vice President and Fundraising Member for 5yrs, at that time. We were graciously invited to join him on one of his Safaris where we raised funds with Red Cross too. My father was with Red Cross for 45yrs and helped build 2 orphanage homes in our village town with the help of Red Cross. I joined Red Cross during my teenage years. Azhar not only made our trip a very memorable one but helped us raise funds at a social evening where he donated some of his previous collection of African Safari Animal Portraits. He attended some of our Rotaract events upon invitation and continued to support us in fund raising for all our events to help the Poverty Stricken Communities as well as the Mathari Hospital where mentally ill patients were given care. Memories of those days became footprints of Hope as we became good professional friends in our journey to help humanity and make a difference. Our personal experience on Safari with Azhar will always remain a lifetime memory.
