  5. Thank you Malik for sharing the wonderful tribute to Nadir Mohamed. Nadir embodied what I call a *Corporate Sufi*—integrating success, significance, and soul. He was a leader of extraordinary corporate smarts, steering Rogers through times of change with vision and impact. Nadir combined sharp focus at work with a genuine commitment to giving back, mentoring others, and living as a role model. For colleagues, mentees, and peers, he showed that leadership is not only about driving shareholder value, but also about nurturing human value. His life reminds us that the highest form of leadership is not about status or position, but about living with purpose, serving others, and making success meaningful. A privilege to call him a friend. Rest in peace!
