  1. Malik,

Truly and beautifully stated; emotional feelings you felt and you penned in this article have also been felt by whole of Ismaili community. Thank you for putting them in print and sharing them with us all. God bless you.

  2. Beautifully written, you captured the emotional & sentimental feeling on point. The biggest impact was the simplicity of the ceremony, the humility, respectfulness and humbleness of it all.

Our beloved Mawlana Karim Shah was all about being humble, his funeral so reflected him, right to the very end! Shukar.

  3. Your remarkable sharing of the event brought tears to my eyes and I am sure plenty others

    Thank you for sharing.

  4. Thank you for this moving piece and for all your coverage this past week. It’s been such a comfort to read the pieces, the reflections, and have a place like this to come together. I also went to watch the telecast at Lions Gate jamatkhane this morning and felt similarly to you – there was something soothing about watching it as a community.

Having a space like this where we can come together and read reflections feels so meaningful and has been so helpful to me these past few days, especially when I haven’t been able to be around family or other Ismailis. Thank you for all you do.

  5. Absolutely true, emotional and sentimental.

What an opening of heartfelt feelings. Astounding.

What a reality of the physical world and its matter.

    Superbly expressed with throbbing facts.

I actually had the same feelings also.

    Thank you for expressing.
